I currently serve as Missioner for Asiamerica Ministries in The Episcopal Church and based in New York City. I also serve as Priest-in-Charge of St. James Episcopal Church, 84-07 Broadway, Elmhurst, NY 11373.
I first served as Parish Priest in the Iglesia Filipina Independiente (IFI) in Dagupan City, Pangasinan (978-1979); and the IFI in Pasay City, Metro-Manila (1979-1980).
In 1980, I went to Singapore and served as missionary-priest of St. Andrew's Anglican Cathedral, in-charge of its extension centers.
In 1986, I came to the United States to complete a doctoral degree and served as Asian Missioner of the Episcopal Diocese of El Camino Real (California) in 1989.I founded Holy Child Episcopal Church in San Jose, CA (October 6, 1991) and Holy Child Ministry in Las Vegas, NV (2003). In May 1, 2004 I was appointed Missioner for Asiamerica Ministries in the churchwide Episcopal Church.

2004 - present
I addition, I work with Black, Latino and Indigenous Missioners of the Diversity & Ethnic Ministries of the Episcopal Church in providing church wide conferences such as the New Community, Why Serve, Seminarians Training and Episcopal Youth Event.
Priest-in-Charge of St. James Church, Elmhurst
2013 - present
I was appointed to this position on April 1, 2013 as a part-time job of reviving this historic parish. St. James'at 84-07 Broadway, Elmhurst, NY 11373 is an historic parish established in 1704. Its former rectors included Rev. Dr. Samuel Seabury who became the first bishop and Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church and the Rev. Dr. Benjamin Moore who became the first president of Columbia University. Elmhurst was once a Dutch neighborhood but today it is a multiracial, multi-ethnic and multicultural city with a bustling Chinatown, pan-Asian and Latino communities.
